Corporate Event Photography in Miami and South Florida

Conferences, galas, red carpets, and grand openings — photographed since 1997, delivered within 24 hours.

When your event ends, the clock starts. Your marketing team needs images for the recap email, your PR team needs them for the wire, and your executive team wants to see how the keynote looked before they land back home. I've been photographing corporate and high-profile events across South Florida since 1997, shooting on assignment for Getty Images, with work published in Vogue, Time, Variety, CNN, and Sports Illustrated. Clients include NBC Universal, Capital One, Bacardi, Accenture, GlaxoSmithKline, and the Chamber of Commerce. That background means two things for you: I know how to move through a room full of executives without becoming part of the event, and I know how to get finished, publication-ready images into your hands while they still matter.

Corporate Conferences, Conventions and Trade Shows

Multi-day conferences, annual summits, sales meetings, trade show floors, and internal company events. I cover keynotes and general sessions, breakout rooms, panel discussions, exhibitor booths and sponsor activations, registration, networking receptions, and the candid interactions between sessions that usually end up being the images your marketing team actually uses.

Before the event, I'll work from your run-of-show and shot list so nothing scheduled gets missed — award presentations, sponsor moments, VIP arrivals, the group photo that has to happen in the ten minutes between sessions. For multi-day programs, I can deliver a selection at the end of each day for use in your event slideshow, social channels, or next-morning recap.

Galas, Award Shows and Black-Tie Events

Ballrooms are dark, and that is the whole problem. Gala photography lives or dies on lighting: sponsor step-and-repeats need to be crisp and evenly lit so logos read clearly, honorees need to look their best on stage without a flash blinding the room, and table shots need to be flattering to everyone seated, not just the two people nearest the camera.

I cover cocktail hour and arrivals, step-and-repeat, seated dinner and table portraits, stage awards and presentations, keynote and honoree speeches, and the décor and sponsor signage your development team needs for next year's deck.

Red Carpet, Premieres and Grand Openings

Red carpet events are fast, tightly choreographed, and unforgiving. Months of planning and budget compress into a ninety-minute arrivals window, and there are no second chances — the talent walks once, the moment happens once, and either you got it, or you didn't.

I've covered premieres, product launches, luxury retail openings, and award shows across South Florida as an in-house and on-assignment photographer for Getty Images, and I shoot runway and fashion week on an editorial contract. My work has run in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Sports Illustrated, CNN, Rolling Stone, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, Time, and People. That's the standard every frame gets held to: tack-sharp, correctly exposed, color-balanced, and ready to publish without a second pass.

Coverage includes carpet arrivals and walk-ups, step-and-repeat, media and press-line interactions, branding and sponsor moments, and the backstage candids that end up doing the most work on social. I shoot from your face sheet and prioritize named talent.

I've covered more than 500 red carpet and premiere events. I've photographed the Latin Billboard Awards since 2017 and the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway since 2023, along with the Grammys, the David Yurman Miami store grand opening, and the US premiere of Dolce & Gabbana's From the Heart to the Hands exhibition.

On timing: a primary wire selection goes out within hours of the event. If you need it faster than that, I can bring an on-site editor and deliver finished images while your event is still running — for immediate posting and media distribution.

Non-Profit and Fundraising Events

I've worked with South Florida non-profits, community foundations, and charitable organizations for more than twenty years, at a reduced rate, because organizations doing this work shouldn't have to choose between documenting their impact and funding it.

Coverage includes black-tie fundraising galas, community outreach and program days, awareness campaigns, volunteer events, and donor receptions — with the same equipment, the same lighting, and the same turnaround my corporate clients get. Images are delivered fast and with full usage rights, so your team can put them into grant reports, annual appeals, and social channels immediately.
